Estates & Wines, the Moët Hennessy wine division, is a unique collection of prestigious wineries spread across 5 continents. Our vineyards are located on exceptional sites and are among the best terroirs of their appellation and each of our wineries have broken new ground - by pioneering new or forgotten regions; or through innovative & distinctive winemaking techniques.

 Based in Paris the head of consumer engagement's mission is to develop strategies, campaigns and actions that build consumer awareness and desirability of our brands by targeting consumers through digital, social, press & PR, influencers, and trade actions. She/He will work closely with the Brand / Marketing Managers for each Estate to develop plans that are impactful and measurable.

 She/He will build the Estates & Wines as a portfolio through portfolio activations and co-ordinate all activities and presentations of the portfolio internally and externally including the Regional Marketing Meeting. She/He will be a critical link between the Brand / Marketing Managers and the regions to ensure the plans developed by each Estate can be translated into strong marketing actions in market.

 This is a hands-on role which requires both strategic thinking and managing the fine details. You will need to work flexibly and collaboratively with the Brand Manager, the markets and the business development team in the implementation of marketing strategy in the markets.


Education :

Degree level

Business school MBA or equivalent in terms of professional background


Languages :

Fluent English. Spanish, French or Chinese a plus.


Professional experience & know how :

10 years' experience in marketing / communications / digital positions

Knowledge of wines & spirits industry or a very strong interest in wines.

Sensitivity to the luxury industry

Global Marketing experience is essential
