Aim of the job:
To promote and manage the image of Thélios and its products toward the opinion leaders, managing communication plans and activities worldwide.
To work closely with the Maisons to develop communication and PR marketing plans for eyewear.
To define strategy of external relations and select PR agencies.
Responsibilities and Activities
Brand and Product Communication
Define and build communication strategy in agreement with The Maisons and in coordination with brand management and digital departement.
Supervise the Implementation of communication plans and activities WW in collaboration with the Maisons, planning collection launches and materials development
Negotiate and finalize agreements with PR agencies and evaluate their performance
Manage directly journalists for certains countries.
Identify and propose new tools or new media to develop brand visibility
Supervise the creation and production of communication support
Define and develop Corporate positioning activities managing all promotional tools about corporate identity (website, corporate newsletter, corporate monography, press review, brand organ and social networks)
Manage the relation with the local, international and sectorial communication media
Define and monitor Top management interviews with medias.
Define, plan and supervise corporate events
Approval of locations and corporate image topics for sales & fairs events .
Management of one collaborator.
Master in Communication.
8/10 years of professional experience in communication within eyewear/fashion/luxury companies.
Fluent in French/ Italian/English;
Very good knowledge of PR activities and Brand communication
Very good relationship skills.
Very good listening and writing skills.
Energized by an entrepreneurial environment. Versatile.
Organizational ability. Capacity to anticipate et to be reactive

Role based in Paris with frequent travel to Longarone in Italy and markets visits
