24 Sèvres is the new luxury and fashion multi-brand e-commerce site of the LVMH Group. Launched in June 2017, we are looking for a Head of Brand Success to contribute to the development of our business.
In a young and very dynamic structure with a start-up spirit and great international ambitions, you will be attached to the Head of Buying & Marketplace. Your main objective will be to:
- Define the recruitment brands strategy
- Build a business plan to optimize margins per merchant and negotiate the best terms and conditions in line with the targeted objectives. Formalize agreements with legal department.
- Secure seamless onboarding of brands in collaboration with IT teams
- Request product information to allow merchandising team to publish products
- As the main brands contact ensure brands satisfaction and follow business performance
- Monitor the quality of customer experience and work on action plans to always improve it
- Analyze sales performance to boost growth
- Ensure brands training to 24 Sèvres processes
- Recruit team to achieve the mission
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a marketplace structure
- Communication and networking skills to facilitate relationship with brands
- Entrepreneurial spirit
