As Group Manager (W/M), in the Woman Business Unit, for a permanent position, your role is to support the collections / products development and sales:

  • Competitive intelligence and benchmarking: products & markets in-depth knowledge, competition studies, fashion trends monitoring, development of short / medium / long-term strategic recommendations (lines, prices, ...)
  • Management and leadership of a product managers team in charge of:
  • Studio collection briefs (4/year + Capsules)
  • Budget and strategic plans presentations to the top management
  • Product speeches
  • Technical development
  • Catalog/collections construction
  • Boutique deliveries by waves
  • Sales sessions (showrooms) and their preparation
  • Deployment of sales support tools during the showrooms
  • Realization of training tools
  • Special order tracking
  • Product's end-of-life management
  • ...
  • Identification of quick punctual actions according to product performances
  • Analysis of sales, product placement and global offer optimization, through a very good knowledge of the customers and needs around the world
  • Styling consistency management, positioning, sales conditions and collection highlighting strategies in the different markets
  • Constant support for technical innovation
  • Strong interactions with the other teams involved in the collection sales initiatives (Collection Manager, Marketing Project Manager, but also Merchandising, Press, Digital departments, ...)
  • Budget management


  • Business School or Marketing and Management education background
  • 6 years of a previous experience as Group Manager or Senior Product Manager
  • Passionate about Fashion, with a strong follow-up of news and trends
  • Culture of communication and offline/online marketing strategies, marketing innovation oriented
  • Excellent writing and oral presentation skills
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and oral), Italian would be a plus
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint softwares mastering
  • High capacity for analysis, synthesis, organization, initiative and proactivity
  • Solid sense of analytics
  • Strong sense of rigor, precision and details
  • Team spirit, autonomy and dynamism
  • Curious, open, with a strong sense of communication, listening, observation
  • Available for travelling abroad
