Based in Brussels, Louis Vuitton's Client Service Centre is looking for passionate and dynamic multilingual people to provide exceptional customer service to clients from across Europe and to explore the digital world of Louis Vuitton!
Your day to day role
As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will be responsible for answering all incoming contacts from clients via multiple platforms (phone, email & written social media). Also, ensuring that you maximize each sales opportunity while working toward goals set forth by the brand.
We are looking for candidates mastering German and with a good command of English (oral and written). Being fluent in Polish would be an asset.
The ideal candidate will possess a previous experience in the Luxury Retail/Hospitality industry and has a strong passion for the luxury universe. This position also requires great familiarity with IT tools and strong interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: 38 hours/week on a rotational shift pattern. Please be advised that this will include evening shifts, as well as availability to work both weekends and public holidays.
