Within the bounds of the Maison's image and culture, you will work with the Store Manager to offer each customer a unique experience.
-Lead teams to meet performance indicators and grow turnover,
-Support staff to develop and improve their skills,
-Motivate and energise teams on the sales floor,
-Organise the sales outlet and write rotas,
-Be involved in staff recruitment, alongside the
HR team and the Store Manager.
-Grow sales, with a focus on meeting targets, building customer loyalty and continually improving performance indicators by delivering impeccable customer service,
-Know our products and customers perfectly.
Stock and merchandising:
-Track and optimise stock levels,
-Manage and monitor replenishment,
-Work with the head office Visual Merchandising team to ensure the store complies with the Maison's Visual Merchandising standards,
-Follow all the procedures laid down in the KENZO store handbook.

Yes? Then you have all the qualities we're looking for in our next KENZO jungle Floor Manager.
You will also need to have at least four years' sales experience in a similar role in a premium/high-end fashion environment.
We're looking for someone with great customer service skills who is good with people, into fashion and motivated by challenges, and who knows how to use these attributes to drive sales. You'll be a natural leader, with the ability to motivate people and build team spirit.
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, flexible and reliable, with an eye for detail.
