Marc Jacobs's EMEA Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing marketing campaigns against the brands seasonal key stories and regional objectives. This role reports to the EMEA Managing director but will also require working hand in hand with the sales team in France to regionalize marketing initiatives and support sales.
The person will also be working very closely with the Head of Marketing team in New York at corporate level.
We are looking for someone with creativity and innovation, dynamic, enthusiast, passionate and result oriented, able to convince and motivate, deal with matrix organizations, and able to stimulate and develop a sales team on marketing topics.

>  Develop a fully integrated seasonal marketing plan for EMEA Region with a greater focus on key accounts and key strategic region based on WW Marketing and Communication priorities.
>  Adapt and customize European strategy to meet local and account specific needs.
>  Drive brand through bespoke marketing activations: Focusing on key stories and digital communication.
>  Attend key account sell-in meetings and present customised marketing activation plans.
>  Create unique campaigns around exclusive products and key drops.
>  Work closely with strategic retailers to develop partnerships, elevate brand awareness and sell out.
>  Align all marketing plans with the agreed budget, and track on a regular basis.
>  Provide short and long-term market forecast and maintain database.

>  Responsible for the EMEA PR and e-PR initiatives and actions in line with WW PR strategies.
>  Conceive regional PR campaign to leverage seeding opportunities and align on ongoing marketing initiatives locally.
>  Seek for Brand visibility of Key Stories via Media and Influencers
>  Brief regional specific needs in to the EMEA PR representative (Agents' team).

>  Define, Arbitrate and Validate with Sales team Event and Pop-Up strategy to generate brand awareness and additional sales revenue.
>  Provide Merchandising guidance and ensure correct Brand representation at retail with support of the sales force
>  Ensure communication and digital presence of this kind of activities.


>  Provide Sales team with key animation package and tools to encourage leverage the presence of the brand in the EMEA region.


>  Ensure that all actions taken are thought and built to provide a relevant ROI
>  Track all expenses and take care of all invoices according to budgetary commitment.
>  Analyze all monthly reports that are provided from HQ and identify any potential issues.
>  Ensure total budget for the year is to target.
>  Provide regular budget update to EMEA team.

>  Collaborate with HQ.
>  Share information from HQ with the commercial team as necessary.
>  Share insight from the countries with the wider brand team.
>  Be in touch with the local marketplace and gather insight on competitor activity both in retail, wholesale and digital.
>  Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
>  Develop team members by orienting, training and appraising job results.


Have proven experience in retail, and trade marketing in a fashion or luxury Business.
Have managed brand regional marketing projects from both a planning and execution point of view
Be a highly collaborative and communicative person and willing to work across different teams and regions.
Have proven experience in supplier management.
Understand business analysis information to help with marketing planning.
Have a good understanding of how social media works and how it can bring value to the brand.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks as necessary.

Be Fluent in both French and English.

Master degree, preferably in a marketing based subject.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing with digital expertise.
