Our vineyards are located on exceptional sites and are among the best terroirs of their appellation and each of our wineries have broken new ground - by pioneering new or forgotten regions; or through innovative & distinctive winemaking techniques.

In alignment with Estates & Wines business development strategy, the Education & Training Manager is responsible for communicating the uniqueness & key benefits of Estates & Wines Brands by educating internal/external customers (MH Regions, Distributors, Trade, Consumers, etc).


Education strategy & contents (65%)

- Take an active role in building and deploying the brand education scheme overseen by the Education Manager

- Contribute to prepare and script training material, update with relevant information throughout the year

- Captain of the UWI "unexpected wine immersion" days (several sessions every year)

- Design of ad hoc trainings moments with the key markets teams (UK, Germany)

- In Master the MH Education toolbox to make sure markets use it optimally

- Be an active contributor to the improvement of our existing Education tools

- Animate and ensure the follow up of the "trainees" community in Europe and make the network live throughout the year.

- Be always in line with MH values in all the actions taken: elegance, sharing, epicurism, integrity, spirit of conquest


Training on the Markets (35%)

- Deploy the strategy through training days on markets (in accordance with business priorities)

- Be a trainer internally (E&W teams, MH teams) and externally to guarantee consistency on storytelling

- Be able to incarnate E&W during any "official" wine & spirits manifestations: fairs, dinners, awards...

- Set markets trainings in accordance with the strategy defined by the Education Manager

- Create strong ties with markets teams especially brand managers and sales reps to get insightful datas

- Ensure proper administrative work and dedication: travel budget, expenses, reporting etc.

- Professionally manage the organization of the trainings (samplings, logistics) and relationships with key interlocutors

- Make sure the markets are using MH Education toolbox (Learn & Go, Kiosk, Future Commerce)

- Redirect our teams, trade & clients to our wineries, in coordination with the Site Event & Wine Communication Managers

- Report to BDM each visit's main take outs and achievements.



Profile: Ex Sale Rep or Training Manager

Education: Business / Management / HR Diplomas preferably with a significant experience in anglo saxon / nordic cultures


Fluent in English & French. A third language is a must have (preferably German or Italian).

Professional experience & know how:

3 to 6 years' experience in sales or education/training roles

Significant experience in the UK preferable

Used to work with high value-added products or in brand driven environments

Technical & management skills:

Design thinking skills to produce strategy/education scheme and workshops contents and

Project management skills (preparation / anticipation / communication to stakeholders / operational abilities / follow up)

Ability to work transversally

Experience in execution training actions on the field.

Knowledge or Interest in the fine Wine & Spirits industry
