Having recently changed our e-commerce platform from Magento to Salesforce, we need an e-commerce project manager to help us retrofitting the new platform to existing markets (Japan, Korea) as well as launching new markets.
You will be participating in our 3Y international roadmap in close collaboration with Central and Local teams under the supervision of the Head of E-commerce projects.
Job responsibilities:
- Facilitate the e-commerce implementation of Salesforce from start to finish on existing markets that are currently in Magento
- Work on identifying the gaps between the core model and the regional specificities
- Specify functional elements of the projects with different stakeholders in IT, Supply Chain, Call Center
- Act as quality gatekeeper for all deliverables, ensure that timing is met on all projects
- Coordinate the delivery of projects to include new and enhanced site functionalities specific to markets
- Assist on creating the process flows, procedures and training documents for the markets
- Help coordinate the change Management for regional key users on the new e-commerce platform
- Manage project resources
- Monitor project progress and produce project reporting
Profil
A person with 4+ years of experience in E-Commerce in an equivalent position
- A person at ease in an agile and international environment
- A bilingual professional in English
- A proactive person who likes teamwork
- A professional with excellent project management, prioritization and communication skills
- Familiarity with the e-Commerce platform Salesforce
