Mission:

True ambassador of our House in the Middle East, we seek the Director of the flagship store in Mall of Emirates.

The Boutique Director will have to lead and manage 2 Boutiques which includes the Women & Men Boutiques in view of optimizing Store results as part of the Dior sales strategy and image.

The Boutique Director embodies Dior's brand values through exemplary behavior, both in-store and external major social events.

 

Store management:

The Director is the "conductor" of the 2 Boutique businesses.

Business management:

Monitor business indicators and propose action plans to improve performance: sales figures, number of transactions, store traffic, conversion rates, average purchase, units per transaction, percentage of returning customers, number and rate of entries in customer database, number of outgoing sales calls, analysis for each nationality, discount rates, etc. 

Back-office:

Ensure that transactions are organized on a daily basis, preferably during low store traffic periods.

Use appropriate procedures for different transactions or problems requiring attention, and for the implemented systems and supports. Train, delegate and supervise the teams.

Guarantee optimal inventory organization and tidy storage conditions, and organize regular cycle inventory counts.

Ensure the proper application of cash desk procedures as well as legal, fiscal and customs regulations.

 

Team management

The Director develops the team to attain and maintain Dior's excellence standards.

Business Development

The Director is responsible for increasing sales and customers in the store.

Welcome:

Ensure that all sales representatives welcome customers entering the store in a warm, elegant manner as per D-Signature guidelines.

Guarantee quality communications with all customers (in-store, on the phone or by mail).

To develop special relationships of trust obtaining recognition and loyalty with customers to the brand as per the CRM strategy.

Customer loyalty:

Maintain a dense network of relationships in different circles with potential brand customers and opportunities to recruit new customers.

Maintain perfect knowledge of already established customers, anticipating their expectations and the selection of products that they might like to be offered.

Maintain regular contact with the customers listed in the store's customer data base.

Offer and organize targeted customer invitations to collection or special product shows or to events with a connection to the brand.

Sales:

Manage and participate in high value sales or VIP customers.

Direct customers towards the sales representatives.

Take responsibility for managing difficult situations and find solutions to satisfy the customer, in line with store procedures and practice.

Buying:

Participating in Buying Sessions in Paris as per the company guidelines.

Provide relevant product feedback to the Product Manager based on market needs.

Store presentation:

Ensure an impeccable store appearance (inside and outside).

Implement merchandising for all products to help enhance collection prestige by following Visual Merchandising recommendations.


Profil

Skills and Competencies:

Ability to:

Effectively manage a multi-store network of luxury boutiques.

Understand and apply all company policies and procedures.

Understand and apply all Human Resources Directives relating to progressive discipline, investigations, and documentation.

Ability to:

Develop, motivate, and train management team, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately

Recruit according to Dior standards

Effectively delegate tasks and follow-up with field managers

Maintain a fair, consistent set of standards as they apply to work force

Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment

Maintain records and documentation pertaining to work force

Communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to all employees

Retail Knowledge

Ability to:

Understand and analyze financial details of retail business.

Handle multi-million-euro sales volume.

Work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Be a Brand Ambassador for frequent travel.

Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity

Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with Luxury sensitivity consistent with CD Brand

Multi-store management experience.

Arabic speaker will be a plus.

10+ years of retail store management, preferably in a luxury product setting.

Perseverance and determination.

Ability to provide outstanding customer service in line with Dior expectations
