The Distribution business analyst will support the Distribution expert in his mission to accelerate the performance and professionalization of e-wholesale for the LVMH group, working with the Maisons across all product categories and geographies.

Business Analysis
>  Owner of ewholesale monitoring solution reporting:
o On-going tracking of KPIs across divisions,markets, LVMH Maisons and Competitors
o Work in partnership with data team to create consolidated C Level reports
o Make recommendations on untapped opportunities at Division and Maison level
o Work with Maisons clients and PMO to optimize the tool
>  Co owner of ewholesale performance intelligence in partnership with the BI/Data team:
o Budget, Collect and manage intelligence sources and materials
o Create and send out a monthly Luxury eretail intelligence newsletter
o Create cadenced business performance reports across divisions and geographies in partnership with the BI team and local digital teams
o Help set performance targets for divisions, markets and brands
>  Manage ewholesale repository and distribution grid
>  Business case modelisation (P&L definition & build, commercial terms simulations, pricing etc...) and recommendations (short / mid/ long term)

Project management
>  Manage all Distribution deliverables production and delivery within right timing
>  Collaborate with Partnership & Start up teams to identify and recommend solutions & providers
>  Define brief, conduct RFP and participate in product design and deployment. Ensure product will be delivered within right timeframe, cost and quality

Operational excellence
>  Optimize existing reporting tools and set up new solutions to optimize sell through
>  Organize and animate distribution & performance workshops (locally and internationally) in partnership with the Cultural change team and Local Digital teams
>  Provide Commercial and Digital marketing intelligence to Maisons' HQ and international markets - in this capacity the analyst will be the owner of the existing and future playbooks maintenance
>  Help Maisons define and set up performance frameworks (scorecards etc...) as well as recommendations on indicators they should request to their business partners

Management: coordination of external partners

Travel: optional


Master in business administration or finance
Minimum of 5 years' experience in control management, business analysis, commercial functions
Excellent knowledge of the distribution networks and challenges in the luxury industry
P&L build and financial modeling
Desired Digital experience
