Under the responsibility of the Head of Consumer Engagement, the Digital & CRM Manager proposes strategies and develops activations that will allow the brands, and the Estates & Wines portfolio in general, to stand out on all digital levers, but also on all consumers touchpoints through CRM and innovation.


The Digital & CRM Manager builds the digital strategy for all the brands of the portfolio, she/he responsible for the execution, the optimization and the good results of each project, with the support of the Brand Managers, and of the Social & Content Manager. She / he is KPIs-driven and makes sure that the activations drive traffic and business to the brands and markets.

The digital ecosystem includes the brands websites, the digital activations, the media campaigns (paid social, search, collaborations, affiliation, display), the e-retail, the e-commerce and Direct to Consumers plaforms, SEO.


The Digital & Innovation Manager is the main touchpoint for the Estates concerning CRM program roll-out into wineries. She / he supports each winery to implement the most relevant CRM program, depending on their objectives of loyalty, traffic, sales and experiences.


The Digital & CRM Manager is the key touchpoint for all the innovations concerning the brands. She / he leads the project management, scopes, deploys and cascades the innovations, in collaboration with the concerned teams. Including the internal innovation project.

PROMOTE Digital within the estates & wines central team

  • Educates the internal stakeholders to promote better understanding of digital marketing practice through benchmarking
  • Stimulates brand and market innovation by keeping updated on all digital novelties and provide inspiring benchmarks analysis
  • Provides tools and guidelines for portfolio digital topics
  • Organizes regular digital meetings for the marketing team


Education: Master University or Business School 

5-6 years of experience in digital, e-commerce and media, acquired in an international context for a premium or lifestyle brand. A knowledge of the eretail ecosystem is a plus.

The knowledge of the Wine industry is a plus

A strong affinity to the luxury sector would be appreciated.

Languages: Bilingual French and English.

Technical & management skills: Excellent project management and coordination skills, always looking for improvements and new ideas to bring the best experience for the consumer. Creative, organized, rigorous, and perseverant. 

Personal & interpersonal skills: Passionate about digital, aware of the last trends and tools, has a natural facility to share and train teams, in a formal or informal way. Curious, innovative and dynamic mindset. Team player.
