Customer Service Operations Project Manager (M/F) 

Under the responsibility of the International After Sales Service Director, the Customer Service Operations Project Manager will oversee the development and follow-up of the repair network, which must be able to evolve according to volumes, logistical constraints, watch resources and e-commerce. He will also lead all projects that contribute to improving the performance of information systems dedicated to the global Customer Service.

Main tasks:

  • Update and maintain the complete mapping of repairers in coordination with subsidiaries, central team and training
  • Control of local component stocks, implementation of stock models
  • Deployment of logistical best practices on the international network
  • Carry out equipment investment plans, staying updated on technological progress, in line with the evolution of the product ranges
  • Definition and evolution of IT & digital tools specific to the customer service, in order to build an efficient and harmonized application architecture
  • Coordination with other brands LVMH, and W & J on common topics and projects
  • Conduct audits of internal and external service centres to objectively evaluate the quality of services, infrastructure and equipment, operating processes, and skill level
  • Participate in the implementation of a global service policy that aims to improve the satisfaction of our customers
  • Offer expertise and support to markets but also occasionally to the administration of repairs, training and the workshop

Profil

  • Advanced university education (HEG, Bachelor, Master or equivalent)
  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience in logistics
  • Technology lover, mastering IT tools and databases
  • Mastering an ERP (SAP type), and / or digital is a plus
  • Very good analytical and organizational skills
  • Great autonomy and good oral and written communication
  • Very good command of English
