Poste

Bulgari's Customer Care department needs an experienced customer care ambassador. The role, which calls for an efficient and flexible skillset will also require a strong team-work mind-set, and is placed in a fast-paced, multi-national, multi-facetted environment.

 

Responsibilities

·         Understand Brand customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis

·         Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to their questions and superseding expectations

·         Manage, research and resolve claims for customers

·         Creation of repair orders and estimates

·         Assess daily priorities with administration supervisor

·         Ensure aesthetic, functional and administrative checks are performed on repaired items

·         Fulfil invoicing procedures for repaired items

·         Participate in departmental projects


Profil

Profile:

  •  2-5 years, experience in customer service related position
  • Extended knowledge of EXCEL (Advanced level) is a prerequisite
  • Spanish speaking is a prerequisite
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Extensive project management experience is a plus
  • Understands and drives the need for mobile innovation
  • College degree is a plus
  • GIA certification is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Must be organized and have good attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work autonomously while working towards the common goal of the team
