Reporting into Creative Services Director, you will create and deliver exclusive world-class content and consumer-facing assets for Moët Hennessy brands while managing a team of designers (5 or 6) within an internal studio capacity.
Create and implement brand guidelines/standards in conjunction with individual Maisons.
Assure top notch creative through the entire creative process from creative brief, to pre-production, to shoot, to post - production and delivery.
Establish and implement design and format standards to produce consistent high-quality results on time and on budget.
Note: Deliverables may extend beyond Maisons' initiatives to internal creative needs (presentations, brand identity development etc.).
Manage a team of designers, copywriters/editors and retouchers while working in partnership with project manager, project coordinator, photographer and individual maison directors to complete assignments for maisons
Train new creative team members as needed while stewarding all brand guidelines, studio processes and standards
Lead and direct creative presentations, reviews and approval meetings with maison/partner creative contacts in conjunction with studio project manager
