OBJECTIVE: 

SEPHORA Business: Commercial development with Sephora

  • Develop the sell out and Make up for ever ranking in the market:
    • Identify and analyze each areas need and potential
    • Set up and validate commercial targets for each area
    • Split budgets and resources for each area
  • Represent the brand in the country, as key contact for Sephora Teams (commercial direction, regional Directors, Category Manager, Marketing and Communication, local supply and finance ....)
  • Provide any support to allow the country to reach targets validated by the Europe Sales Director, recommend actions to Commercial Director to develop business and Brand according to Brand and Commercial t=strategy guidelines
  • Report to the Europe Sales Director all business key information coming from field staff and with impact on headquarters teams (trade marketing, merchandising, training, ...) and impact on brand activity (local customer trends, competitive intelligence)
  • Follow and analyze brand's activity animations and launches
  • Monthly report and analyze sales and activity based on KPIs (targets, animations results, presence on field, trainings...) 

Field Supervision :

  • Dedicate 70% of the activity to visit field staff and Sephora's management team:

o   Develop and reinforce a strong partnership with Sephora's teams

o   Set up and follow up of teams KPIs

o   Being solution oriented and provide Ad Hoc answers to field issues

o   Being fully involved into the marketing plan roll-out in stores

o   Being responsible of the staff branding (make-up, presentation, ambassador behavior) and in store excellence (services, customer experience, link with e-retail...)

  • Manage the local team

o   Monitor all recruitments together with HR partners and integrate new comers (contracts, tools, induction, ...)

o   Inform, manage and challenge all sales delegates and animators on their targets

o   Be the key contact for LVMH SSC and Europe HR Manager for all legal or administrative country issues or processes (MPP, trainings, salary increase, ...)

o   Provide regular and assertive feedback to the team through individual updates

  • Develop talents:

o   Target and develop talents

o   Build a sales coaching strategy and make up competences

o   Build a pool of future talents thanks to competition watch and exploratory talks

  • Be responsible of the external additional sales force (agency contracts, recruitments, training, follow up...)

PRO Business:

Country Manager will progressively handle Pro business locally, according to integration progresses, and under the European team coordination

  • Coordinates Pro Business development

o   Responsible for global pro strategy application

o   Follow up on product offer and potential needs

o   Commercial follow up / Operational presence and follow up

  • Secure Pro business visibility:

o   Point of sales visit

o   Brand visibility follow up

 

 


Profil

 

E Business:

  • E commerce global strategy application and adaptation with Sephora local contacts

Budget monitoring :

  • P&L responsibility
  • Use of central budgets monitoring tools
  • Propose recommendations and participate into pre budgets meetings (needs, split) : budget, R1, R2
  • Manage expenses according to European budget allocation for the market (testers, gifts, temporary staff...)
  • Manage and control expenses and reports to the Europe Sales Director 

Education :

  • Participates into the operational roll-out of Make Up for Ever training policy for the country

Communication and PR:

  • Be the key contact to promote the brands awareness among the network together with the headquarters action/help

PROFILE

- Commercial or management degree (bachelor or master)

- Fluent in English and Italian

- 5 years' experience

- Commercial experience on the retailer side or in the beauty industry

- Good understanding of relation with management and buyer's teams
