Joining our Creative Team, you will lead our social media/ digital strategy as it pertains to content, in collaboration with Creative; to incur brand awareness, drive traffic, promote sales and stay on the forefront of the MH digital experience.


  • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
  • Collaborate with team to manage, create and publish original, high quality content
  • Deliver social media calendars strategically in concert with creative and production
  • Assist Maison in administering  social media accounts with up-to-date content by ensuring quality control
  • Supervise/liaise with copywriter/s to strategically align with copy content, hashtag strategy, caption development etc.  Provide ancillary copywriting as needed.
  • Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing, on brand and on strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Maison teams to create social ‘buzz' regarding new product launches
  • Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
  • Asses and analyze weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI from the Maison  to optimize creative 
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement along with Maison and suggest content optimization to the creative team
  • Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices


  • Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
  • Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
  • FULL Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • FULL understanding of all social media portals (insta, fb, twitter, youtube, linkedin, etc.) from a advertising programming  and technical standpoint 
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • English and French language skills preferred
