Under the responsibility of the Head of Consumer Engagement, the Consumer Experience Manager ensures a full consistency on B2B and B2C activations, by focusing on the experiences created for our consumers, including trade marketing and HNWI.
Trade marketing: In collaboration with the Business Development Managers and the Brand Managers, the Consumer Experience Manager defines and deploys the merchandising strategy, including trade marketing programs and activations.
Travel Retail, wine fairs, and internal events: The Consumer Experience Manager is the main touchpoint on all brands merchandising activations for travel retail, and for all internal events, concerning merchandising, tools and experiences, in collaboration with the teams involved.
HNWI and VIP: She / he supports the brand managers on the High Network Individuals strategy and tools, and on the deployment of specific activations to reach this very specific target. She / he is responsible of the merchandising and POSM development for this target
For these two B2B missions, she / he has to make sure we focus on the final consumer to deliver the most relevant and impactful experiences possible, by leveraging existing innovations, or by curating new ones in order to highlight Estates and Wines as an innovative and consumer-centric company.
Hospitality: She / is supports each Estate on hospitality projects, by leveraging Trade marketing learnings, best practices or concrete activation to elevate the Visitors Centers and create the most impactful experiences. She / he is the guarantor of bringing together learnings and best practices, to cascade to other wineries, in order to increase skills and collaboration overall.
She / is fully responsible of the trade marketing budget. And of the metrics and reports, with a KPIs-driven mindset.
Education: Master University or Business School
5-6 years of experience in trade marketing, merchandising and product development as a plus skill, acquired in an international context for a premium or lifestyle brand.
The knowledge of the Wine and Spirit industry is a real plus.
A strong affinity to the luxury sector would be appreciated
Languages: Bilingual French and English. A third language either Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
