Moët Hennessy is the Wines & Spirits division of LVMH. Moët Hennessy Information Services (MHIS) is the global IT unit of the division and covers MH business worldwide, from vineyards to distribution, with core model solutions. Based in France and reporting to the Head of B2C Solutions, you will join a highly motivated team of project managers and analysts working every day with our business partners and contractors to bring digital & B2C transformation to the sales, marketing and customer service teams around the world.

 

The MHIS B2C Team at Moet Hennessy is looking for a dynamic and diligent Product Owner that will help us develop our Global Consumer Engagement ecosystem to better know our maisons'consumers, their interactions as well as engaging them through a portfolio of new initiatives including direct sales, marketing automation and data intelligence tools.

 

Within a squad team or agile project team, the Consumer Engagement Product Owner will be in charge of :

 Act on Moët Hennessy Consumer Engagement IT ecosystem as Key Subject Matter Expert, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables within agreed timeframe budget, methodology.Ensure closed relationship with business representatives to collect & analyse business needs, formalize EPICS & user stories, set priorities on the backlog and during sprint planning, identify solutions & synergies and contribute to solutions adoption. Ensure optimal coordination with other functions involved and stakeholders involved on Consumer Engagement activities in order to maintain and enhance Consumer Engagement ecosystem. Act a key player during agile ceremonies. Ensure documentation and knowledge capitalization.

Provide expertise on Consumer Engagement ecosystem in order to enhance it and to ease business continuity & growth. Provide user assistance, training and change management activities to central teams and market/maisons representatives. 

 

Previous experience on product management around B2C CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics, from both processes and technological perspective (Salesforce) is essential. Big Data & Digital Commerce knowledge is also key to contribute to the consumer engagement roadmap definition.

Excellent communication and organisation skills are required to drive daily contact with business/IT stakeholders.

The candidate must have outstanding analytical & communication skills to interpret/formalize the business & technical needs.Some international traveling (up to 20%) is to be expected for this position.

 

 


Profil

Main responsabilities :

 

Collect needs in order to transform them into application and operational requirements

Translate business requirements into specifications, EPICS, user stories

Define backlog priorities, set priorities for sprint & releases

Create briefs adhering to the business priorities and strategy and understanding technical constraints

Identify, evaluate solutions

Conduct change management when needed, create and manage relevant supporting documentation

Report status of activities to Digital Commerce & Consumer Engagement Manager

Coordinate meetings, ensure adherence to deadlines for product definition,

File all project documents.

Support Business Users on UAT & approve product enhancements

Ensure that the Consumer Engagement team is always informed about changes and, in case of changes with relevant impact on time and effort, immediately activate the approval path to seek for prompt Steering Committee Approval

Collaborate with multiple Scrum/Project Teams to pursue an integrated end-to-end perspective.

Proactively drive innovations through POCs, R&D... ensuring the platform explores and capitalizes on new trends and features

Maintain a continuous communication channel with all stakeholders to help them express requirements

Define the specification process for enhancements and new developments with stakeholders & set enhancement priorities within squad or agile project team

Provide expertise & recommendation on Consumer Engagement activities
