The Consumer Engagement Business Analyst will manage Moêt Hennessy consumer engagement IT ecosystem as key subject matter expert, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables within agreed timeframe, budget & methodology. He will report status of activities to Digital commerce & Consumer Engament Manager.

She/He will ensure optimal coordination with other functions & stakeholders involved on consumer engagement activities in order to maintain & enhance consumer engagement ecosystem. He/she will collect needs to transform them into application & operational requirements, will translate business requirements into spécifications, user stories.

She/he will ensure closed Relationship with business représentatives to collect & analyse business needs, identify solutions & synergies & contribute to solutions adoption. He will maintain a continuous communication channel with all stakeholders to help them to express their new functionnal requirements. He will deliver platform set up to contribute to time to market optimisation.

He/she will ensure documentation & knowledge capitalization. He will conduct change management when needed, create and manage relevant supporting documentation.

She/He will provide expertise on consumer engagement ecosystem in order to enhance it & to ease business continuity & growth

She/he will provide user assistance, training & change management activities to central teams & market/maisons representatives.

The role requires experience of CRM and deep CRM technologies & processes understanding.

Wide functional & technical expertise of Consumer Engagement solutions, especially Salesforce clouds.

Experience on consumer engagement Platform Delivery, roll out, run in an international environment.
