Aim of the job:
To manage and organize sales events such as fairs (i.e. MIdo, Silmo), sales conventions (i.e Fashion Sum-mit), main sales events with a WW focus.
To coordinate local sales events within the 3 regions in term of guidelines, budget and results review.
To implement all organizational and logistic activities related to sales events.
Responsibilities and Activities
Analyse Regional needs in term of commercial events, organize and manage them
Define the guidelines for commercial event management WW
Organize main fairs and convention, supervise local events within the Regions giving all guidelines
Scout, suggest and choose the locations (validation from communication dept.), manag-ing contacts and contracts with suppliers
Liaise with visual merchandising department for material development and preparation
Manage guests lists and invitations
Liaise with sales force to collect all info related to customers and guests
Manage the agenda
Scout and organize/reserve hotels, transfers, flights, restaurants
Deal with suppliers for catering and manage the related activities
Manage all contracts related to the events
Master in event/sales
4 years of professionnal experiences.
Fluent in english;
Very good relationship skills. Coordination skills.
Ability to anticipate and be reactive.
