Within the Europe HO, the Retail Marketing Manager is the key contact in charge of animating the boutiques around all client development, retail events and client treatments topics. His/her contribution to increasing the share of locals in each country is key. (Germany Austria and Switzerland)

The missions are split as below:


>  Clienteling animation
 Definition of Client Development objectives specific to each boutique with the GM of the country at the beginning of the year
 Follow-up of all the clienteling program put in place in the boutique targeting prospects, new clients as well as high potential clients: ensure that each boutique is duly trained on the programs, implement a weekly follow up with each of them monitoring the results and achievements vs objectives
 Support any ad hoc challenges raised by the boutiques and define with them a personalized action plan to cope with any specific situation

>  Clienteling tools training
 Training of the team on the dedicated clienteling tools and follow up the connection rate of the team


>  Events
 Planning of the retail event calendar according to the boutique key periods and specific challenges
 Definition of the budget and expected ROI for each event
 Global organization and production of all the events
 Feedback - quantitative and qualitative - to be provided after each event

>  Client treatment
 Definition of the global investment on the client treatments at the beginning of the year
 Definition with the boutique director of the targeted clients
 Organization of the bespoke program for each client
 Accompanying the boutique staff and the client during the treatment as an added value and support for the staff in the Dior Treatment.
 Follow up on the results of each treatment

>  Business Development
 In relation with the GM / zone marketing director / boutique directors, identify all opportunities to enhance the business development thanks to client levers


>  Retail/business orientated
>  Organisational skills and structured
>  Client centric and empathic
>  Communication skills: individually and collectively
>  Capacity to federate teams around a project
>  Inspiring
>  5 years' experience in retail or marketing clients
>  German speaker would be a plus
>  2 days of travel per week approx
