This role is supports all the  teams ( France at the head quarter and in a second step Europe) and serves as the first line of contact for employees; recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, benefits and general employee enagement.  The incumbant will deliver excellent customer service that reinforces the Fresh culture with each touch point.  Assist the GM with organizational planning, creating and fostering an amazing work environment and help us figure out all the ways to make Fresh a great place to work.



  • Solely manage Payroll and Benefits Administration (key point of contact for employees and third party executing outsourced payroll)
  • Responsible for labour legal matters in coordination with lawyer for individual and collective topics
  • Prepare & negociate collective agreement due to employee transfer
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for assigned roles for the office (Paris, London supervision with the SSC)
  • Lead termination of contract in coordination with management (dismissal, internal mobility, lay-off, etc..
  • Identify talent and training needs, and follow-up in coordination with managers
  • Maintain regular organizational reporting, HR budget and objectives
  • Champion open door communication/speaking up
  • Be a trusted Partner to coach and support teams while maintaining confidentiality and diplomacy; a balance between empathy, objectivity that contributes to a collaborative, effective workplace
  • Key point of contact for internal HR community (LVMH, Fresh NY)


  • 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, experience in a start-up company could be a +, good knowledge of labor law in France
  • 4-year degree (business-related discipline preferred),
  • Strong business acumen; ability to comprehensively manage a budget, analyze details and able to step back and think strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and stay focused & calm while managing competing demands
  • Exceptional interpersonal listening and communication skills (written and speaking) while maintaining confidentiality and tact, agility
  • Working savvy with all MS Office Applications; Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all Fresh staff and our colleagues in related companies, to promote a collaborative work environment
  • Optimism and positive attitude, and an ability to keep your eye on the horizon while going through young company growth pains
  • Ability to travel as needed


This position is a part time (january to december 2019)
