The Business Analyst supports the teams in better understanding our clientele behaviour and help the merchandising team in their comprehension of client profiles per product categories.

He will work closely with all other departments, mainly country teams, merchandising team, finance and top management under the leadership of the Europe & Middle East Marketing Director to provide client insights.



  1. Provide clients insights which are paramount to build the right marketing strategy per country
  2. Analyse client profiles and client purchase behaviour
  3. Follow up KPIS for product launches and or any specific projects (pop up for eg)
  4. Follow up KPIs for all clientelling programs
  5. Support the countries in their specific requests
  6. Provide specific analyses for key strategic presentations (Budget, Business Review, Retail Meeting....)


Key responsibilities

Under the management of the Marketing Director, a transversal role including


Database Management

  • Regular follow up of data capture per boutique with an objective of continuous improvement
  • Best practice sharing between countries
  • Alert on low performers


Clients main KPIs

  • share of locals
  • main nationalities
  • recruitment rate
  • client segment
  • Impact top segments
  • Cross shopping


Product insights

  • Follow up of each main collection launch and push of client lists
  • Support to the merchandising team prior to each buying session
  • Ad hoc specific request (eg: ranking top sales in HJ, Dior Homme formal performance)


Clientelling programs

  • Follow up of each main program with a transversal Europe vision: walk in, welcome, VIC, FDA, other programs to come
  • Provide deeper analyses to challenge the performance or counter performance of certain programs
  • Follow up of OTO campaign for launch of new collections


Countries specific request

  • Support countries for specific ad hoc requests (eg: behaviour of Russians in Russia and outside Russia, recruitment rate on 30 Montaigne in France)
  • Support to the management team prior to new country opening (eg: existing sales on Portuguese or Polish clients in view of potential future openings)


Transversal analyses

  • Provide support for main Europe presentations such as Business Review, Budget Preparation, Retail Meeting, specific trainings
  • Analyses for transversal projects: pop up/concept stores, previews, Uber Luxury, etc...
  • Specific campaign and push of client lists for boutique openings
  • Push of client lists for sales/mark down and performance analysis

In addition to the main role focused on business analyst, this person will also have the direct management of the Europe trunk Show. This role includes the following responsibilities

  • Follow-up of deliveries of RTW Women and Men pieces for the Europe trunk show stock
  • Creation of transportation documentation for the collections
  • Sending of the collection to Europe & Middle East when needed to support retail events
  • Management of all stock movements
  • Precise follow up of stock per product category
  • Stocktake and destruction coordination twice a year



  • 5 years of experience
  • Excellent management of basic analysis tools (Excel mainly) and main database tools (Neolane, Cegid, ...)
  • Global understanding of the product environment
