Within the LVMH Group's hospitality entity, the requested profile will develop, implement and execute brand content and digital presence initiatives and activities for the LVMH Hotel Management brands including Cheval Blanc, White 1921 and La Résidence de la Pinède under the leadership of an Brand Content Manager and the Head of Marketing & Development.
This profile will support the development and implementation of various brand content (images, film, illustrations, etc) within the existing marketing material ecosystem, and in coherence with each brand's individual DNA and brand positioning. This profile will also be charged with managing the entirety of LVMH Hotel Management brands' presence on social media networks, ensuring appropriate publishing, moderation and reporting.

Principle Responsibilities:

Brand Images & Content Creation
- Support Brand Content Manager and Operational Marketing Manager in projects evolving the graphic identity
- Support the organization and creation of photos, film, graphic designs or illustrations and messaging under the guidance of the Brand Content Manager including: selection of providers, briefing, scheduling, following post-production
- Advise and control the master brand and individual properties in their use of selected iconic images
- Support in creating policies and procedures for all content created

Offline Marketing
- Provide guidance and assistance for graphics, images and films to the Operational Marketing team when creating collaterals
- Provide assistance in updating all marketing collaterals (BtoC, BtoB, restaurant menus, spa brochure, directory, etc)

Digital Marketing
- Supporting Brand Content Manager and Operational Marketing Manager in the execution of new digital projects (website design, mobile applications, CRM)
- Creation and development of email marketing campaigns
- Social Media: Management of brand social media profiles on various platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, Google Plus, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and WeChat

China & WeChat
- Management of brand WeChat account, working with the dedicated media agency and on-property Sales & Marketing teams to push relative content 4x per month and during special festive occasions
- Continuously benchmark Chinese e-commerce, digital and travel trends in order to stay relevant
- Apply findings and changing patterns to the brand's overall WeChat strategy

Transverse Missions
- Create, edit and update Policies and Procedure documents
- Participate in the construction of marketing plans in a supporting role
- Create general brand presentations upon assignment
- Execute benchmarking of the hospitality, technology, marketing and luxury industry


Business School or Equivalent
2 years experiences in social community management or in a branding agency
Perfect mastery of English in speaking and writing
Proactively search for new projects
Rigorous, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Curious, innovative, current and looking towards future trends in the luxury travel, technology and luxury industries
Familiarity with latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, social media management
Awareness and sensitivity to other cultures and communities
Required Skills & Knowledge : WeChat functionality and use cases Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Basic HTML & CSS coding, Basic mySQL
