We are looking for a Boutique Manager to lead and develop our new flagship boutique in Munich Maximilianstraße. In this role aou are responsible for the management, coordination of the team and the sales development in accordance with our guidelines. You ensure an excellent client experience together with high & qualitative sales. You represent the style and the image of Christian Dior.
Your main role is:
> Increase sales
Optimise sales by attracting new customers, public relations, customer service, customer loyalty
Develop and maintain a qualitative customer network, being an ambassador of the brand, coordinating in-store events and participating to local events outside the boutique
Closely monitor sales reports and merchandise needs in order to ensure proper stock levels
Oversee the execution of window displays and maintain high standards for in-store merchandising

Ensure a strong presence on the shop floor to be a role model and support the team
Focus on people development: manage, coach and train the sales staff
Optimise the staff competencies to lead the business growth
Develop the management team of the boutique for every product category
> Store management
Drive the activity using KPI's in order to reach the boutique targets
Closely work with General Manager on sales, events, trunk-shows and team management
Provide regular reports & analysis to take initiatives to increase the business
Close collaboration with Finance, buying teams, CRM, Visual Merchandising, HR and Training to ensure Boutique development
Oversee boutique operation activities
Liaise with Christian Dior Store manager in Oberpollinger and leverage the relationship for more efficiency
You have a minimum experience of 7 years in the management of a luxury store within a Retail team management role.
You will be the local brand ambassador. In this role you should ensure excellent client experience. for our demanding clientel. You have a qualitative and deep understanding of local current & for potential clients
You are able to control the stock and give the buyers sound feedback
You bring experience of working with store financial reports and budgets
You are used to work with KPI's and develop action plans from there
You are a communicative person. You work team-oriented and motivate through your expertise and positive charisma. You are known for your communication skills such as your excellent sense of service. Service and entertainment are the most important for you to guarantee an excellent client experience.
You like and understand retail environment. You have a commercial mindset and are business driven. Especially taking care of the Millennials generation you adapt this new way of consuming and are digital savvy.
You are fluent in German and English. A third language would be a plus.
In this role you will report to the General Manager Central Europe.
