Moët Hennessy is the Wines & Spirits division of LVMH. MHIS is the global IT Unit of the division and covers MH business worldwide, from vineyards to distribution, with core model solutions.
The MHIS B2B team at Moët Hennessy is looking for a dynamic and diligent product manager that will help us develop our brand new B2B Online Channel to transform the commercial interactions with our clients through a portfolio of new initiatives including a Customer portal ( community and commerce), marketing animation solutions and data intelligence tools to oversee our distribution through online retailers.
Reporting to the Head of B2B Solutions, you will join a highly motivated team of project managers and analysts working every day with our business partners & contractors to bring digital transformation to the sales, marketing and Customer service teams around the world.
Previous experience in managing initiatives around digital commerce and CRM in a B2B context is essential.
Excellent communication and organisation skills are required to drive daily contact with business stakeholders ( from BPOs to end users) and IT teams ( demande to run). You must have outstanding analytical skills to interpret the business needs and translate them to application & operationnal requirements.
Must Have :
Solid business acumen on online commerce, eRetail and CRM processes and solutions in a B2B context and good understanding of business stratégies and practices in these areas.
Experience wint eCommerce ( either Commerce cloud, Hybris, Magento..), Salesforce & Web technologies ( CMS, SEO, Google analytics)
Client-oriented with excellent communication skills. Able to engage both business and IT teams. Excellent presentation skills ( includ PowerPoint).
Excellent project management skills & significant experience in agile methodology.
IT & business awareness, hands-on/test-and-learn mentality, autonomy and pro-activeness, entrepreneurial and innovation-oriented.

A significant international working experience is essential. Some international traveling ( up to 20%) is to be expected for this position.
You have over 10 years of experience driving large-scale projects around digital commerce ( including OMS), web technologies and sales & marketing solutions.
Experience valuable to have :
- in CPG industry ( ideally beverages) or luxury industry
- with core model approach and multi-BU deployment of solutions
-with design thinking methodology and change management
-with ERP systems ( SAP SD) and BI solutions ( Qlik, Toucan Toco, Cognos)
Salesforce certifications around Sales, Community &Marketing clouds is a plus.
