Day to day operational commercial support to the Key Account Managers (KAM).
KEY ACTIVITIES
- Support the team in preparing & analyzing Trade Actions
- Set-up financial target per POS
- Liaise with Trade department to ensure coherency of the sales book
- Update & analyze results
- Communicate with the field to debrief Trade Actions
- Update monthly "operational reports" and presentations
- POS performances per category and e-retail performances
- European retailer file
- Competitors & Dior trade action reports
- Prepare Commercial review for product launches (X5/year)
- Liaise with Marketing department to get updated product presentations & product information (In/Out, Equivalent reference)
- In collaboration with "Administration des ventes" department, fill in retailers' requested new product launch files
- Work on product return waves
- Analyze product return proposal
- Estimate return value per wave
- Assist in developing a better understanding of the activity
- Analyze the most profitable actions and compare with previous years
- Summarize Dior's overall performance with graphs
- Follow-up & analysis of the competition activities & best practices
- Work on monthly sending of samples and GWP (Gifts With Purchase) to the POS
- Assist punctually on various missions for the sales team

Profil
PROFILE
- Second or third year student in Business Administration
- First experience in buying, marketing or retail
- Demonstrated outstanding academic performance and an aptitude for analytics
- Excel & Power Point expert is mandatory
- Attraction for figures and analysis
- Can be multitask, able to meet deadlines & well organized
- Must be detail oriented and rigorous
- Can work independently
- Ability to ‘Think outside the Box'
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Can understand complex matters
- Fluent in French & English. Good knowledge of Dutch is an asset
