Role & Responsibilities : - Ensure Anaplan Finance applications are developed in a "core model" spirit, that is: maximum re-usability of applications, shared master data with optimised administration, and optimum usage of licencing cost structure. In doing so: maintain a functional map of all Anaplan applications with a focus on data models and integration with the wider EPM application map. - Manage the user community in terms of engagement (inspire), usage (train, coach, support) and innovation (identify projects and evolutions). - Manage user access in accordance with security and confidentiality rules (with/through regional administrators when applicable). - Maintain user documentation, gather best practices, and share with user community (with/through regional functional experts when applicable). - Act as global Project Manager for core model pilots and roll-outs. In doing so: work collaboratively with regional/local project managers; ensure on-going consistency with core model approach; maintain roll-out roadmaps; provide visibility on project performance (scope, calendar, costs and risks) to Steering Committee(s). - Manage the evolution pipeline, that is: challenge evolution requests with core model in mind, work with MHIS partner(s) to establish/challenge the cost of evolutions, and make recommendations to BPO(s) for arbitration. - Maintain a relationship with Anaplan and its partners (e.g. participate to vendor events) to stay abreast of technology evolutions and anticipate/recommend applications to MH.


- Business School graduate or equivalent with major in Finance. - English fluency an absolute must. French a definite plus. - 5 to 7 years work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in MH Disco and/or Maison (ideally both). - Strong command of MH financial systems (SAP, Cognos, Topaz); advanced excel skills; genuine interest in transforming FP&A through technology. - Initial experience in managing projects, with potential to grow project management skills. - Strong analytical skills with ability to articulate functional specifications for IT partner(s). - Able to work with many stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment with excellent communication skills. - Well organized, proactive and autonomous. - Able to think creatively to deliver solutions and results.
