Within the digital Retail and Client Development Department, the candidate will work in the Client Communication team on all the activities related to WW CRM Campaigns (online and offline).
Taking active part in the development of new CRM project.
Coordination of CRM campaigns, including among others :
Emailing activity :
- Partnership with communication team and local markets to ensure an effective emailing calendar
- Coordination of all the operations needed to broadcast emails (campaigns management, support to local counterparts, emails testing and validation)
- Extraction and monitoring results
Others client communication tools :
- LV brochures operational follow up (twice per year) : order's consolidation and processing, monitoring and follow up of brochure's translation process in 10 languages
- Partnership with communication and edition and local client development teams for the creation of new communication tools.
Master 1 or 2 in a business or communication school
Passion for the luxury and fashioin industry
Curious, agile and very precise.
A prior working experience in communication is a plus.
A good level in Excel and Power Point
Proficient in english and french
