Acquisition de titres Hermès International
Le contrat d’instrument financier mentionné dans le communiqué LVMH en date du 23 octobre 2010 et portant sur 3 001 246 actions Hermès International ayant fait l’objet d’un avenant, LVMH a porté sa participation totale, en date de ce lundi, à 18 017 246 actions, représentant 17,1% du capital de Hermès International.
